Last night I dreamt I woke up at a dream interpretation workshop.
"Huh, What, Huh?" I said blearily, rubbing the sleep out of my eyes.
"What did you dream about, Cam?" asked Dr. Cindy Pan.
"There was no vision," I told Dr. Pan, "Just sound. A constant whirring. It always stayed the same but it seemed like it was erraticly increasing and decreasing in tempo, even though it wasn't. It was an aural illusion."
Suddenly, I became aware that I could still hear the whirring and I snapped awake for real. It was just my fan.
