Disco is, and will remain always, King.
You know, it's funny how little things can set off memories... The sweet fragrance of a tulip might send you flying back to Denmark, when you were running guns with the Dutch Mafia. A few bars of a song might send you flying back to Denmark, when you were running guns with the Dutch Mafia.
And sometimes memories are set off by actual pictures with subtitles being shoved in front of your actual face.
I was doing that Indonesian tutoring thing that I do, and some pictures of an Indonesian international school had come up... Now, we'd been talking about a fictional teacher at Jakarta International School, and I'd made the comment that I knew a couple of people who actually taught things tere.
Anyway, these pictures of an Indonesian international school came up, and we'd been talking about Indonesian international schools, and it kind of got me thinking of my old school in Indonesia.
Then I realized (through complicated deduction... hey... that library corner looks kind of like the corner of THE LIBRARY! And the shape of the roof. Hey, I think that's where I went to school) that the pictures actually WERE of my old school in Indonesia.
Then I read the subtitle, which actually said it was my old school. Anyway, I thought that was interesting, and nothing else of interest has really occurred, at all.
Well, besides Jelly dropping some "mad pills" last night. They inspired him to buy new shoes. Which reminds me of the fact that I bought new boots. So, like I said, memory is a funny thing.
I'll see all you Sydney bastards in Sydney on Saturday night.
